Our favorite is Beach walks, swimming and Sunsets followed by a great home grilled dinner.
Naples is Open for Dining and Shopping experiences.
Rentals
Our Condo community rents monthly. Our minimum rental is 27 days. We will reduce for October for SWFL residents affected by Hurricane IAN. The building is very quiet and very family and couple friendly. Seasonal Rentals sell out quickly. January to March 2023 is sold out. Out family are Local Marco and we can provide concierge services, or babysitting. We can be flexible with shorter rentals but you must call for that
Location
Our Building Renovation is Finished and is Outstanding. New Common area and exercise room. We were Unaffected by Hurricane IAN and are up and running. We have open beach, open pool, power and internet. Marco did well and most restaurants are open. Marco Island is 1 hour drive south from RSW - Fort Myers airport. The island is one of the safest places in the USA. With 6 miles of pristine beach, 10,000 island nearby. The Everglades and its parks are 45 minutes away.
We can provide transfer to and from RSW. Call to discuss.
